The gangue is dominated by dolomite, followed by quartz and calcite . The ore structure is mainly dyed by fine particles, followed by ponytail, gelatinous, scatter-like, and film-like. In addition to pure in vitro, malachite has a "dye body". The ore is severely weathered, contains a large amount of mud, and has fine grain size and complex structure. It is combined with high content of copper oxide and is a difficult copper ore. The hardness of ore and surrounding rock is f=7~12, the ore density is 2.77t/m 3 , the average geological grade of ore is 0.88%, and the ore grade is about 0.6%. Third, the history of plant: because people beneficiation plant at the end of 1958 was basically completed and put into production (simple). The State Planning Commission initially set the scale to 4560 t/d, and then reduced the production scale to 3,300 t/d based on the semi-industrial test of the oxidized ore and the actual production data of the plant. It was officially put into operation on May 1, 1960. Except for the design capability in 1966, the design capacity was not reached in the rest of the year. 4. Production Overview: The ore industrial reserves are 25.51 million tons, the copper grade is 0.87%, and the copper metal volume is 197,000 tons. The three pits are mined and transported by the motor car to the top of the coarse mine silo, and are discharged into the coarse mining bin with a 2.0m 3 double-cart electric dumper. The three-stage open-cut crushing ore is adopted, and the grinding float is designed as a stage grinding centralized sorting process, and the I coarse concentrate and the II coarse concentrate are selected and selected separately, and the coarse concentrate concentrate focuses on improving the concentrate. Grade, II coarse concentrate focuses on increasing the recovery rate of oxidized ore. The product of the first two coarse grooves is directly used as the final concentrate. Concentrate dewatering uses a three-stage process of concentration, filtration and drying. The copper concentrate is transported by car to Xincun Railway Station and transported by train to Kunming Yunnan Smelter.
