On December 24, 2010, Chaochai Company's National IV/National V Series Diesel Engines and Technology Achievements and Product Launching Verification Meeting was held in the conference room on the 11th floor of the General Office Building. The appraisal committee composed of other experts developed and researched the diesel engine CY4102 two-valve IV series, CY4D two-valve IV series, CY4A82-CE4 type, CYNGD3.0-CE4 type, CYQD80-E4 type, and CY4102-CS5B type diesel engines. The three process projects of the Ministry of Technology are reviewed. After careful review and discussion, the members of the expert group unanimously agreed that the six product projects and three process projects all passed the provincial scientific and technological achievements and put into production appraisal. Zhaochao, general manager of Chaochai company, chief designer Jia Guiqi and management department, technical center, process technology department and other relevant department leaders attended the meeting. At the appraisal meeting, He Zhaoxin, deputy director of the Technical Center and head of the Design and Development Department, gave a summary report on the new product scientific and technological achievements and put into production appraisal technology. Gao Zhiwu, the deputy director of the Ministry of Process Technology, reviewed the product process, reported the batch production conditions, and reported three processes. Release of results. After listening to the report, the members of the expert group made further examinations of the technical drawings and related materials, and conducted field visits to the technical center's laboratory, final assembly plant, and the machine-assisted joint production line. The expert group highly appraised the new products and achievements that were applied for appraisal. After careful review and discussion, it was considered that several engine designs are advanced, the structure is reasonable, the product drawings and technical documents are complete, complete, and the data are available and reliable. Excellent performance indicators, such as reliability, reached the requirements of the design task book, the production line's technological level ranks the leading domestic level, and some of the key technologies have reached the international advanced level of similar products, with mass production conditions. The new products developed by Chaochai Company have an accurate market positioning, meet the needs of users, and have a broad market prospect.
