For a long time, domestically produced styrene-butadiene rubber lacks supporting application technology, and domestic tire companies rely heavily on imports, resulting in excessive cost. The project has developed a green tire tread rubber formula with independent intellectual property rights and a complete set of low-temperature continuous mixing technology and equipment in the domestic tire industry through the analysis of the microstructure of domestically produced styrene-butadiene rubber and its formulation and process optimization. It has overcome the application and processing technology problems of domestically produced styrene-butadiene rubber in tire manufacturing. The wet skid resistance and rolling resistance developed by this technology have reached the B and C levels of the EU Fuel Labeling Law respectively, which has led to the import of dissolved polymer. The price of styrene-butadiene rubber has dropped sharply. At present, the technology has been industrialized in Shandong Jinyu Industrial Co., Ltd., successfully replacing the imported soluble styrene-butadiene rubber, saving more than 20 million yuan for the enterprise.
