Acquired SolarCity: Tesla and Panasonic jointly launched the solar market

Tesla and Panasonic have agreed to produce solar products in Buffalo, New York. The agreement is actually a non-binding letter of intent, depending on whether Tesla can acquire SolarCity. In Tesla's official blog, the partnership was announced, and in the future, photovoltaic cells and modules can be seen in solar systems compatible with Tesla Powerwall and Powerpack energy storage products. Tesla may be in October. New products announced on the 28th.

Tesla’s Chief Technology Officer JBStraubel wrote in a statement: “We are very excited about the cooperation between Panasonic and Panasonic. We are working hard to promote the merger of Tesla and SolarCity. Together we will make the most of the solar market.
