In the late 1970s, Yuchai's older generation of technicians began to independently develop the 6105Q automotive vortex diesel engine. In the mid-1980s, the 6105QA direct-injection diesel engine was developed and upgraded to 6105QC at the end of the 1980s, creating the first glory of Yuchai; and the series of diesel engines developed since 1995, centering on the technological innovation route of “improving the product technology level and improving product structure”.
