As a kind of important environmental and food pollutants, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons have been found to have more than 200 kinds, which are widely found in the natural environment of human life such as the atmosphere, soil, water, crops and foods, and a considerable part of them are carcinogenic. At present, the most sensitive and accurate method for the detection of trace substances such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in complex substrates such as environment and food is stable isotope dilution mass spectrometry. In the analysis process, the corresponding stable isotope-labeled reference materials must be used as internal standard to realize traceability. And the mutual recognition of the analytical data of each laboratory, but such standards have rarely been successfully developed in China, which brings difficulties to the use of testing.
The project has studied the purification and purification of isotopic compounds, the method of high-precision purity of organic matter, and the method of determining the abundance of abundance. The standard substance of naphthalene-d8 solution, the standard substance of 蒽-d10 solution and the phenanthrene-d10 solution were purified and prepared. Five standard substances such as standard substance, 芘-d10 solution standard substance, and benzopyrene-d12 solution standard substance. The uniformity and stability of the prepared standard materials were monitored, and the test data were evaluated by statistical principle. Through research on a variety of high-precision valuation methods and principles, the project team used two different principle analysis methods to measure the concentration of the standard substance and the abundance of the standard substance, and the characteristic quantity of each standard substance. Value uncertainty is assessed. After scientific and technological achievements, the technical indicators of the project have reached the international advanced level.
The completion of this project will fill the blank of the isotope-labeled reference materials for detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in China, which can provide traceability for the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon residues, and promote mutual recognition of test results in various testing laboratories.
