During the weighing process, the electronic balance will produce measurement errors due to uneven placement. The higher the weighing accuracy, the greater the error (eg precision analytical balance, microbalance). For this reason, most electronic balances provide adjustment levels. Features.
There is a standard bubble behind the electronic balance. The level bubble must be in the center of the liquid chamber, otherwise the weighing will be inaccurate. After adjusting, you should try not to move it. Otherwise, the level bubble may shift and you need to adjust it again.
Electronic balances generally have two leveling bases, usually located at the rear and also at the front. Rotate the two leveling bases to adjust the balance level.

The following method is simpler.

Above | Central Line

1. Rotate the left or right leveling base and adjust the bubble level to the center line of the liquid chamber.
Rotating a left or right leveling base alone is actually a matter of adjusting the tilt of the balance, and it can certainly adjust the leveling bubble to the center line. The key is to tune which leveling base. Beginners can judge this by first manually tilting the balance so that the standard bubble reaches the center line and then looking at the leveling base, which one is higher or lower, adjust the height of one of the leveling bases to move the level bubble to the center line.

Note: After the Central Line is reached, the next step can be taken

2. Simultaneously rotate the two leveling bases with the same amplitude. Clockwise or counterclockwise, let the level bubble move in the center line, and finally move to the center of the liquid chamber. Level the base and rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The balance is tilted. The same degree, so that the standard bubble will not be out of the central line, as long as there is no problem with the direction of rotation, we can certainly reach the center of the liquid chamber.
At the same time clockwise or counterclockwise rotation: both hands simultaneously rotate the base (one hand to the chest, one hand to the chest, the opposite direction, usually at the same time clockwise or counterclockwise rotation base)
Directional issues: Beginners are not easy to determine direction.

Raise the base or another support by hand to move the blisters towards the center and observe the position of the leveling base to see if it needs to be turned up or down.
Note that in the second step, both hands must have the same amplitude. If not, the bead will deflect the center line. If it is offset, it can be restarted from the first step.
After proficiency, it is generally 1-2 minutes to level the bubble of an electronic balance.
