Since the refinery energy system optimization demonstration project started in December 2008, the project team has established 72 basic models, formed 4 technical secrets, implemented 23 operational optimization programs, and realized energy saving of 2549 kg standard oil/hour, searching for the heat of the installation. There are 13 investment optimization programs such as feed and company-wide low-temperature heat utilization. After the project is implemented, it is expected to save 11006.55 kg of standard oil/h. At the same time, seven technicians passed the assessment and obtained qualifications for energy system optimization experts, providing talent guarantees for the continued advancement of energy optimization projects.
On March 1st, the major scientific and technological project of China Petroleum Refining and Energy System Optimization Research, the Jinzhou Petrochemical Refinery Energy System Optimization Demonstration Project, passed pre-acceptance, and its subproject PIP project passed acceptance.
