Monthly maintenance

b. Each part is filled with some lubricating oil to extend the service life of the bearing.
c. Oil and oil level of hydraulic oil. The lift platform is raised all the way. In this position, the hydraulic ground should be 40 to 50 mm above the bottom of the tank. If it is found that the hydraulic oil is dark, sticky or has foreign matter such as grit, it should be replaced in time.
Year-End Maintenance a. Check all hydraulic lines and fittings. Pipes must not be damaged, connectors must not be loose, and all connectors must be tightened.
b. Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, blow the plunger with compressed air, and then reinstall it.
c. Discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the connector and take out the oil filter. After cleaning, clean it with compressed air, put it back in the tank, and connect the piping. (Change to new oil and do not continue to use old oil. Otherwise, the moving parts in the system will accelerate wear.)
