Strengths of Automatic Asphalt Distributor
Automatic asphalt distributor boasts three layers.It can adjust the spray amount according to its operational speed.
The whole asphalt spraying process can be finished in the cab.
Each nozzle is controlled by separate computer. The spray width can be adjusted at random.
The control procedure is quipped with two control systems, cab and post operational platform to ensure the reliability of asphalt spray.
The computer control system adopts modular design for lower accident rate and maintenance
The temperature of asphalt in tank is kept below or equal to two degrees per hour.
The distributor is equipped with automatic blowing device to shift the asphalt outside to the tank.
The machine is also equipped with spray gun device to add asphalt at the opposite corner.
Asphalt pump, nozzle and asphalt tank can be heated with heat transfer oil completely or separately
The safe and reliable heat transfer oil heating system is controlled automatically.
Two kinds of speed testing devices are available: infrared impulsive sensor and America Dickey-John radar velocity.
Bitumen Pressure Distributor
Bitumen Pressure Distributor has been developed especially to aid operator's total requirements for portability and effective functionality. The product is truck mounted and equipped with a sophisticated heating system and a variable spray bar to ensure it can operate as a constant pressure system, comprising of an air compressor, auxiliary engine and a bitumen pump, giving a constant rate application of hot bitumen or cold tar. The product is also equipped with a special pressure cleaning system which facilitates cleaning the system after use and prevents clogging.

Truck mounted self propelled Bitumen Pressure Distributor with suitable heating system and variable spray bar to operate on constant pressure system, complete with air-compressor, bitumen pump, auxiliary engine, tank mounting and other accessories for uniform and constant rate applications of hot bitumen (or cold tar) as per the specifications indicated below.

Operation
The operation of the spray bar is from operator's platform at the rear.
Truck
TATA 1613 SE Truck Chassis of WB-4225 mm. and 4x2 configuration or equivalent. The driver's cabin will be built as per R.T.O. requirement. The battery used for starting the diesel engine conforms to ISI.
