2 Toothed design The shape of the double circular arc gear is composed of four arcs. The center position and arc radius of the four arcs can be flexibly designed. The reducer used in the coal mine is poorly lubricated due to its poor working conditions. The unit is required to use hard-toothed gear transmission to increase its wear resistance. According to the requirements of the use of coal mines, the new reducer we designed is a hard-toothed double-arc gear transmission. When selecting the tooth shape, the analysis is carried out from the aspects of strength, anti-wear and elastohydrodynamic lubrication. After analysis and verification by various schemes, the FSH-73 short-tooth double-arc tooth profile and FSPH-79 type proposed by Professor Shao Jiahui are used respectively. Ultra-short-tooth hard-toothed double-arc tooth profile as the tooth profile of the cone and spur gear. The full tooth height coefficient of the FSPH-79 ultra-short-tooth hard-toothed double-arc gear is only 1.45, the tooth height is low, the tooth root is thick, and the tooth deformation after heat treatment is small, which is beneficial to the normal contact of the gear teeth.
This type of gear can be used directly after heat treatment by simply grinding and running (no grinding, no scraping). 3 Gear parameter design The transmission ratio of the original reducer of SGW-150 scraper conveyor is 24.4376. In order to reduce the size to a minimum, the center distances of the second and third stages are respectively the required lower limit, that is, a2=230mm, a3=260, and the test is repeated according to the requirements of the modulus, the center distance and the transmission ratio. After the calculation, two options for the helix angle are proposed. The first scheme, that is, the high-speed P2 = 17.7791°, and the low-speed heart = 17.745. According to this scheme, the tooth width is small, so that the total volume can be reduced, but the final stage is the axis. The force is greater. In order to improve the bearing life, we chose the second option, that is, the high speed level is unchanged, the port 2 = 17.7919, the low speed stage takes 3 = 14.25. When the helix angle scheme is selected, two options of tooth width are selected. The first scheme has wider teeth, but ensures at least three points of contact, and the stress is small, which is beneficial to the formation of lubricating oil film, and the safety factor is 2 or more; the second scheme, the gear teeth are narrower, ensuring a minimum of two points of contact, which can reduce the volume of the reducer, but the stress is large, and the safety factor is less than 2. After careful consideration, it was decided to adopt the first scheme at the low speed level and the second scheme at the high speed level, so that the safety factor of the two-stage spur gears was all above 2. The final selected gear parameters are shown in Table 2. 4 Improvement of the reducer case Due to the variation of the tooth profile and gear parameters, the structural size of the newly designed reducer case is reduced, and the total volume is reduced by 9% compared with the original design. The ventilation and heat dissipation, as well as the viscosity of the lubricating oil used in coal mines at present, make the venting holes better and more compact, so that the air pressure in the tank is reduced, which is beneficial to lubrication and leakage prevention.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the bearing during installation to ensure the contact area, the bearing installation is improved, which makes it easy for the worker to adjust the bearing to control the contact.
Considering that the leakage of the mine reducer is serious now, the sealing of the shaft seal and the joint surface is improved. First, the axial labyrinth seal at the shaft head is changed to a radial labyrinth seal, which not only reduces leakage but also reduces Reducer housing size. 5 Improvement of heat treatment process Nowadays, the tooth surface of gears of mine reducer is mostly carburized. Although this method is relatively simple, its heat treatment temperature is higher, and the tooth deformation is larger after 920Q heat treatment, while mine deceleration Most of the gears are not ground, so that although the tooth surface is hard, the contact of the gear pair is not good, which affects the transmission quality and service life of the gear pair. In order to reduce the heat treatment deformation and reduce the production cost, we decided to adopt a new heat treatment process - speed carbonitriding; it only takes more than 2 hours to complete the carbonitriding, and the ordinary carbon treatment needs about 8~9 h. The new process has a low heat treatment temperature, and the 780C~840Q can reduce the deformation of the heat treatment, ensure the depth of the hardened layer, and reduce the energy consumption of the process. The hardness of the hardened layer of the test gear is greater than 1.05mm, the hardness is 60HRC~63HRC, the heat treatment deformation is very small, and no grinding or shaving or scraping is required.
