HZS120 Cement Concrete Mixing Plant is a key research and development project of Zhongjiao Xizhu in 2008. It is also a project approved by China Communications Construction Group this year. The project passed the project evaluation on January 24. The Technical Division of the Stirring Division undertakes the R&D task. The entire project is required to complete R&D and trial production by the end of March 2008.
