Companies that fail to meet the eligibility requirements will be delisted. On October 15, 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the first batch of special public announcements, a total of 48, including passenger car manufacturers and modified bus manufacturers. In the 48 cases, 12 of them have resumed normal production operations after mergers and acquisitions. For the 22 companies that applied for the admission criteria, we are currently organizing a review of them, and we will determine whether to resume or withdraw based on the results of the assessment. There are also 14 companies, and we have stopped their production qualifications in the announcements that will be announced recently, which is commonly known as “delisting”.

Miao Wei pointed out that the work on "delisting of automobile enterprises" should be carried out in accordance with the long-term work system, and a smooth exit mechanism should be established for the so-called "zombie car enterprises". In the future, there will be a policy of advancement and retreat. The situation of the entire automobile industry, although China has become the largest producer and seller of automobiles for several years, it is big but not strong. From the perspective of distribution, the number of automobile manufacturers is still relatively large and relatively small. At present, there are 184 automobile production enterprises, but according to the statistics of the group, there are actually only 76 vehicles and 1056 modified vehicle enterprises. In general, the number of auto companies is still relatively large.
