In terms of policy, Qi Baofang called for a “soft landing” to reduce the price of photovoltaic electricity, and to reduce the price of photovoltaic electricity in a “small step” manner. At the same time, continue to increase the surcharge standard for renewable energy tariffs.
In addition, Qi Baofang believes that in order to solve the problem of diversification of overseas investment in the photovoltaic industry and fully control the risk of overseas investment, the government should increase the “going out” funding policy support for PV companies. The photovoltaic industry will be prioritized in the project supported by the Sino-foreign capacity cooperation, and provide financial incentives and tax incentives for PV companies; increase credit support for overseas investment in the PV industry and establish a national “going out” investment and financing integrated service platform.
