Specific lubrication requirements 3.1. Before lubricating the equipment, the lubricating device and lubricant must be properly selected. It is strictly forbidden to mix the lubricant. 3.2, equipment lubrication must be "five fixed", (five fixed: timing, fixed point, qualitative, quantitative, fixed), "three filters." 3.2.1, five fixed content: (1) Fixed point: Fill the oil according to the daily lubrication part, and do not miss it. (2) Personnel: The daily refueling part of the equipment is the responsibility of the operator; the regular refueling part is the responsibility of the maintenance worker. (3) Qualification: According to the equipment requirements, the lubricating oil (fat) type is selected. The oil (fat) quality is qualified. The lubricating oil must pass the “three-stage filtrationâ€, and it can be cleaned and free of impurities before it can be added to the lubrication part. Do not use oil (fat) or use unclean oil (fat). (4) Timing: Refueling, cleaning or replacing new oil on the refueling part of the equipment according to the specified interval. (5) Quantification: Add the selected lubricating oil (fat) according to the oil level and quantity calibrated by the equipment. 3.2.2, three-level filtering requirements (1) Take the oil vat to the fixed storage tank. (2) Store the fuel tank to the oil can. (3) Oil can to the lubrication part. 3.3. The filter screen should meet the following requirements: Turbine oil, refrigeration oil, compressor oil, mechanical oil, primary filtration is 60 mesh, secondary filtration is 80 mesh, and tertiary filtration is 100 mesh. The cylinder oil and gear oil have a primary filtration of 40 mesh, a secondary filtration of 60 mesh, and a tertiary filtration of 80 mesh. Special oil products are to be implemented according to special regulations. 3.4. Each workshop must carefully prepare the lubrication records of each equipment, the name of the equipment, the lubrication time, and the name of the lubrication person for archival review. 3.5. Organize the storage of various lubricants, do a good job in oil quality inspection, work on fuel saving, oil and waste oil recovery. 3.6. The workshop must carry out inspection and management of the equipment according to the equipment characteristics and operating environment to ensure timely and appropriate cleaning and oil change work. 3.7. The lubrication status of the equipment must be checked frequently to solve the problems in the system in time; 3.8 Take reasonable and effective measures to prevent equipment leakage. 3.9. All workshops must strengthen the propaganda work of equipment lubrication, the testing and application of new sealing materials and new lubricants. 3.10. According to the requirements of the equipment, the lubricating oil (fat) should be used correctly and reasonably, and should not be abused or mixed. To change the oil, it must be approved by the equipment department of the factory.
