Chinese company builds 100 million U.S. dollars Brunei highway completed in October 2013

According to Brunei’s “Borneo Communiqué” on March 5th, Brunei’s Minister of Development, Su Yueyi, stated at the first meeting of the Eighth Legislative Council of Brunei that the Delhi-Lumu Expressway project currently under construction 60% of the project has been completed and it is expected to be completed by October 2013. This project was contracted by Xinganji Company, China National ChiNext Railway Group's Sanhang Bureau. The total contract value was more than US$100 million. It was originally planned to be completed in February 2013. However, due to unusual rain weather and other issues, the project was postponed until October.
